Some Secrets Should Be Forever Buried

She almost fell on the stairs. She had to keep her legs stable until she reaches her apartment. She flung the door open. She jammed there in the living room, holding her phone and purse as tightly as she could.
"I can't believe what I just read and heard. It can never ever be true. NO. NO WAY!", this has been running in her mind ever since she read it.
She placed her bag on the table and sat on the rocking chair, rocking to and fro at high speed. She was clutching her head. She almost cried. She took her phone and checked the messages again.
"It can't be true. No way this is happening. Not when I think my life is perfect", she began sobbing. She listened to each and every voice notes that has been sent to her again and again. It was from an unknown number but the person who has been sending all this messages and voice notes sounds convincing enough for her to be depressed and frustrated. Well she wasn't stupid enough to believe the stranger, but the evidence that unknown person was supplying her was more than enough to break her inside out.
The apartment seemed too empty for her to feel home to sit and cry. All this while she has been cheated and stepped on by the one person she trusted the most. How could she blindly trust a person to the extend she can be such an idiot to let someone actually hurt her? How much can you actually rely onto someone? What has happened to the normal lady who think one hundred times before trusting someone?
No matter how many times she asked the same question, the same answer appeared. You gave them a chance to trample and walk over you. You were too nice. She wasn't going to do anything about it. If she was going to confront the person about what they have done to her, things are just going to turn stale. The other person might go around bitching about her despite the fact she did absolutely nothing except for trusting them a little too much. Rather than spoiling her name in the society it was a better decision to leave the matter alone.
She has found the truth and now it is the time to be careful about everything and everyone in her life. Asking and confronting things isn't going to change anything for better, might as well her life will be in trouble. No matter how big some secrets can be and no matter how big the necessities are to confront some issues, it is better to be left unspoken and buried within us for everybody's goodness.
