Chapter 9: Sneaking Out
The next day, she smiled at me in class. Well, I didn't want to appear to be the needy one. So i smiled less than half an inch barely a smile. She didn't stop there, she moved extra few levels and sat next to me and introduced herself.
"Hey I am Rachel. Guess we are classmates."
I smiled better this time, extended my hand,
"Well yes we are. I am Elvin by the way."
"Yeah nice..Actually I have no much friends here. I prefer being friends with boys. And you seem friendly. and This class is super boring do you want to sneak out for lunch?"
Such a spontaneous woman she was. I cannot really handle it but I want to at the same time. Alright the class can go to hell I am just gonna go and grab some lunch with her.
"Ermm. Well why not? But where?"
"Hardest question ever Elvin. Lets just walk out and we can walk into a random cafe or something and eat something."
So she easily sneaked out the class like a little mouse. Damn I better not mess this up it will be too embarrassing for me. I stood up bending halfway, grabbed my bag and ran all the way up the stairs and phewwwww i was out of the classroom. I looked at her and smiled. She was already laughing her ass off at me,
"First time eh Elvin? I can see that in your moves."
I nodded agreeing to her statement and lead the way. She walked by my side texting someone busily. Must be her boyfriend. She is giving so much attention to the gadget than the person next to her. She finally slipped her phone into her pocket and looked at me,
"So tell me about yourself. Where are you from? Your family?"
"Guess we are still new to all that. I shall save the topic when we sneak out again."
"Nice try. Okay then I will ask some random questions. What color do you like?"
"hahaha. Okay this is gonna be fun. I like blue."
"I like black. How about your favorite hobby?"
"I play games. Dota mostly. I can stay intact to it for few hours straight. I watch movies. Comedy movies."
"I see. Nice. I think we can just eat here."
We walked into the cafe and chatted for a bit and had our meals. That forty minutes was one of the best times of my life. The whole time, it was she who was talking. It was nice listening to her. So much of expressions, so much of live in her eyes. Just simply amazing. We parted each other after the meal. Secretly, I wanted her phone number. But she waved bye and walked off very quickly. Guess that is her walking pace.
That night, I logged into my Facebook and typed her name in the search space and found her. It was a tough decision if I wanted to send a friend request or not. Alright Elvin man-up and do it. I sent request and she accepted it almost instantly. Wow. Alright. I went to bed just imagining what would the following day be while having her talking to me in class convincing me to sneak out for another meal. Wondering what she would be doing right now...
